Luca De Gaudenzi

As a seasoned life-business coach and supervisor I support clients in delicate professional and personal  transitions through 1to1 and team coaching, mentoring and supervision initiatives. I started my career at Andersen Consulting – Accenture in  the Change Management where I focused  on the Human Impact of Innovation and Process & Technology  Transformations. In 2006 I launched my own practice -DeGa- providing professional services both in large international and national companies.

Luca is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). Since 2012 Luca has been collaborating with University of Turin (Psychology Dep/Neuroscience) in research projects combining neurosciences and coaching.
