I am an ICF accredited leadership development, career and life coach, business professional and a career changer!


Over the past seven years, I have accumulated over 1,000 hours of individual and group coaching sessions, helping clients identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and develop personalized action plans. My coaching experience spans individuals, business professionals, first-time and middle managers, and extends to CFO-level positions.


As a wellbeing coach, I have led wellbeing sessions for corporations and individual clients in both group and one-on-one settings, focusing on resilience, confidence, motivation, and stress management.


Prior to my coaching career, I managed brands globally and regionally in the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. After a successful 17-year corporate career, I decided to make a significant career change to focus solely on the success of others. This led me to retrain as a leadership development coach.


Currently, I work with individuals and companies on all aspects of their professional and personal development.


In addition to my coaching career, I am a passionate traveller, having visited 42 countries and counting. I am also an enthusiastic (though not very skilled) surfer, always in search of new waves and destinations.
