Carina is a trained ICF Professional Certified Coach - PCC, Certified Leadership Coach, Certified in the tool DiSCdeluxe and licensed in the tools Dynamic Management and You Dynamics. She is also trained in team coaching and uses both ACT and Emotional Intelligence in her work and has more than 800 hours of coaching and mentoring for individuals, students, employees and leaders behind her.

With 30+ years in a tough and demanding environment - the Hotel, Restaurant and Shipping industry, has made Carina develop a huge interest in leadership and teamwork. Today, she combines coaching with education and has many assignments as an educational consultant, both for future leaders and team members, in the hospitality industry and in various service professions. In subjects such as leadership & organization, hospitality & employee relations, business communication (in Swedish and English), communication, presentation technology and service & customer service.
