I’m Sarah, a seasoned leader and Coach dedicated to helping individuals. With over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking and a track record of success in senior leadership roles, I’m here to guide you through the complexities of leadership, finance, change and transformation, empowering you to live life on your terms.


My Experience

Over the past two decades, I've held pivotal roles in some of the world's leading financial institutions. As a Managing Director at Standard Chartered, I served as the Global Head of Colleague Conduct, overseeing a critical division of the organization. Prior to that, I was the M.D. Head of Compliance Europe at Standard Chartered and led teams in Corporate Finance and Compliance at BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank. My journey began at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, where I developed a deep expertise within equity advisory space.


In these roles, I’ve honed my skills in leadership development, strategic planning, and change management, always with a focus on driving excellence and ethical standards. I’ve also co-chaired gender equality and diversity networks, advocating for inclusive leadership and diversity in the workplace.
