I am passionate about coaching as I know I can help people to reach decisions about what they want in life and work. I do this by active listening and being really curious about what clients say. i then use insightful questioning to help the client see what they want and where they can adapt to reach their goals. 


I have the Institute of Leadership (ILM) level 7 certificate in executive and senior leadership coaching and mentoring. am a member of the Association for Coaching. I am also a certified Diversity and Inclusion coach. I have studied NLP.


In my lifetime of work, in addition to coaching qualifications and experience, I have also qualified and trained as a careers officer, consumer advisor, trading standards officer and church minister. every one of these jobs has given me the empathy, knowledge and skills I have to make a difference in people's lives. 

I have been a Non-Executive Director.


With that huge amount of experience & expertise, I’m offering 1-1 executive & leadership coaching, career coaching and also a great programme to help women and marginalised people in management towards their career and aspirational goals through my Abilities, Beliefs and Confidence: The ABC route to career advancement.
