As a licenced coach in Emotional Freedom Technique, Neurolingvistic Programming, and Body-and Mind health coahing and  Yogapsychotherapy and lifecoaching, I help clients getting through stressful times with reducing everyday stress and finding inner peace with changing internal blocks, emotionally healing childhood memories, and integrating healthy, selfloving beliefs and healthy dayly routines to keep balance. Personal plans for each individual tailored to their actual needs, and ability to make changes. I have reslults in healing from stress realed symptoms, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, grieving, loss, fear of hights, and this also resulted in improved phisical wellbeing. I also did group teaching sessions on learning to emotionally free from stress.
