I am a Coach and HR expert with a deep passion for empowering women. Originally from Poland, now living in the Netherlands, I consider myself a global citizen. My mission is to support women in their personal and professional growth, helping them overcome challenges and embrace a positive "I can" mindset. With over 20 years of professional experience, I specialize in People Development, Performance Management and Talent Management. In 2013 I earned my ACC coaching credential from International Coach Federation and since then coaching has been central to my life. My career spans multiple countries, enriching my understanding of the challenges women face across cultures. Committed to my continuous growth, I engage in training courses organized by the Academy of Executive Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, and the ICF. I also learn from experts like Tony Robbins, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Byron Katie, and I incorporate practices like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to enhance my skills and knowledge.
