Amanda is an experienced Executive Coach and Learning & Organisational Development professional, passionate about helping her clients discover their authentic selves, build confidence and fulfil their goals. With a direct and honest style, she believes that any topic can be explored with respect, warmth, and sensitivity. She is equally comfortable challenging her clients to explore their inner game and the limiting beliefs holding them back from realising their true potential or experiencing life to its fullest. She is a skilled facilitator with professional interests in well-being, resilience, mindfulness, neurodiversity, transactional analysis, personal effectiveness, and team/leadership development. Qualified in a range of psychometric tools she is committed to helping her clients discover their strengths and explore their development needs as much as possible. Amanda has over 20 years of experience in a range of public and private sector settings including Medical Regulation, Banking, Utilities, and Insurance. During this time, she held several management and leadership positions (focusing the last 10 years of her experience on learning & organisational development). She also freelanced as a muralist and illustrator in the late 90s, running two successful small businesses. She now uses her creative strengths to develop innovative development solutions for her clients. Currently based in the High Peak she spends her spare time with her husband, three children, two big dogs and a cat. She enjoys cooking, jewellery making and spending time at the family's ‘bolthole’ in the Murcia region of Spain.
