Hi, I’m Natalie Wolfson, a life and leadership coach. I believe those events that present the biggest struggle, even those that feel excruciating in the moment, are precious opportunities for learning and growth. It is my honor and privilege to work with clients to help them process and navigate challenging times. My approach centers on: 1) Personalization – developing a deep familiarity with my clients and tailoring the coaching session based on their unique needs, preferences, and goals. 2) Human Connection – building a genuine partnership based on care. 3) New Awareness – using powerful questioning to tap into client’s own resources and Illuminate new insights and solutions. 4) Goal-Setting – partnering with clients to create clear, focused near-term goals that have an immediate impact on them and those around them. I have a PhD in Organizational Psychology and a background in the Erickson Institute coaching approach. In my free time, I enjoy staying active (running, walking, biking, weight-lifting), meditating, cooking, and road tripping with my partner along the East Coast. Looking forward to the opportunity to work with you!
