I hold a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching from HULT Ashridge International Business School and am a certified HOGAN Assessor.  Leveraging the HOGAN assessments, I help leaders gain deep insights into their personality, leadership style, and potential blind spots. This powerful tool allows me to design tailored development plans that drive sustainable growth, strengthen leadership capabilities, and enhance team dynamics.


My coaching approach is empathetic and rooted in active listening.  I deeply engage with clients, following their line of inquiry to fully understand their unique context and challenges.
