I’m a seasoned People Manager specializing on Consulting, Learning and Organizational Development and Program/Project Management having worked with several industries, particularly technical, technology and professional services. 


My last role was being the department head or director for Learning and Organizational Development (including employee engagement) where I significantly contributed by creating and / or enhancing organizational structures, systems and processes including setting up Performance Management Systems, deploying HR platform & information systems plus digital storytelling and related technologies, workforce management by reducing attrition and increasing employee engagement.


I also experienced 100% remote work from an EdTech company based in Singapore, fully handling all aspects of operations (program, customer, delivery, technology and financial management) where I had been known to contribute by setting up KPIs, dashboards/reports and alignment among international programs and partners.


My main expertise maybe focused on Learning and OD but through the years, my individual contributor (early career and as a consultant) and people manager experiences made me exposed to stakeholder management, people development through coaching, providing effective learning experiences, managing people attrition and retention, doing client relationship management (including platforms such as Salesforce, Monday and hubspot) and handling projects (using agile approach and tools such as MS project, Asana and Smartsheet).


In terms of career growth, I am proud to mention that I have the learning agility as one of my strongest competencies so i can keep up with the trends and apply to my personal and professional work, being the 2nd Filipino to have been awarded the Certified Training Professional by ITD. Myself being an engineer, trainer and a people leader have supported the development of my analytical, decision making and communication skills.  


Though unintentional at first, I have joined and have been passionate working for & helping start up companies or even those who where newly bought / acquired, initiating both new and enhanced systems and processes, launching both business and people development programs, managing changes on strategic directions, ways of working and different employee profiles. My consulting experience has allowed several industries and clients to seek for my expertise, advice and guidance to resolve their organizational and operational challenges most especially pertain to strategies and people.
