As a Core Energy Leadership coach I support my clients in an individual or group context to develop their personal leadership in both personal and professional contexts.

For individuals, I first evaluate their current mindset and perspective using the Energy Leadership Index (TM) developed by iPEC coaching. This tool gives the client insights into their current level of energy and level of personal leadership. From here we can then explore the clients goals and develop a made to measure coaching plan that will allow them to remove blocks and limitations and to move towards their closer goals in a purposeful and sustainable way.

For groups, I adapt this approach and use core energy leaderships tools and techniques to support personal and professional leadership development.
