In my career, I have worked for approximately 15 years in large national and international companies, always focusing on people (Human Resources/People & Culture/Learning). My experience in HR was developed in the areas of Training and Development of people and Learning. In my journey, I seek self-knowledge and guide people and leaders in topics such as coaching, leadership and career, always focusing on human development. I have experience working in multicultural environments, being part of work groups focused on diversity and inclusion (DEI).

I believe that what sets me apart is my expertise in topics such as analytical psychology and positive discipline, having an empathic approach and a lot of active listening. As well as my experiences working with people development in large national and multinational companies. This gave me the necessary foundation to help people - in a practical but also careful way - to know themselves deeply in order to make the necessary behavioral change to achieve the goals they desire.

My main goal is to help people structure themselves internally to achieve superior results through self-knowledge.
