As a mediator, ICF certified coach, and a creative nonconformist I bring a strong sense of curiosity and comfort with flipping the script to my coaching. I focus on working with disruptive leaders, assisting them as they work towards personal and professional growth. 


Bringing decades of management and leadership experience in small businesses and tech startups, I have first-hand experience of the complexities within these fast-paced environments and the need to be able to reassess and progress at the same time. My innate understanding of human behavior and conflict allows me to support my clients as they learn to shift how they engage in discord to more proactive and positive communication. Seeking to promote problem solving and innovation while creating deeper trust and respect across the organization.
