I have been coaching since 2016 both in-house in the companies where I worked and as an independent professional.

I have worked with numerous clients, accompanying them towards growing their skillset, developing their careers and reaching desirable changes in their lives.


In our sessions I create a safe and accepting space for my clients to reflect, generate ideas and sparkle insights. 

I am direct, but kind, I cut through the white noise to help my clients to arrive to the place of clarity: of intentions, goals and actions.
