An Accredited Coach with over 18 years experience, I have the knowledge, theory and practical skills to work flexibly at a deep level to create lasting change.


I have supported many clients as they take on new roles and responsibilities, found a new direction, or rediscovered their enthusiasm for what they are already doing. This has sometimes involved overcoming confidence and performance issues, improving their communication skills or digging more deeply to discover what it is that is really important to them. 


I find that people usually know what they need to do, my job is to help them find the clarity, purpose and courage they need to make it happen.  


Prior to coaching I worked at director level for Facilities Management companies, which meant I worked with organisations like IBM, Shell, UKAEA, the Police and the UK Ministry of Defence. I also worked as a consultant for British Gas Trading. 


For nearly ten years I developed and delivered soft skills programmes, for actors, writers and other creatives. I continue to work on my own self-development to continue to fine tune my skills.


I am also a Coach Supervisor working with other coaches to support them in their professional development.
