My coaching approach is experienced as thoughtful, warm and supportive, gently challenging and perspective-opening, always focused on making progress toward your goals. Our sessions are a safe space to reflect, make sense out of complex challenges and questions, learn, test out ideas, think together, tap into strengths and inner resources, and get clear on progress and action forward.
Over the last twenty years I have built a strong, evidence-based practice as a coach and consultant, while co-founding both a non-profit and for-profit start-up. Prior to that I developed cross-cultural learning experiences and exchanges for international professionals and practiced clinical social work. My work is supported by graduate degrees in social work and positive organization development from Case Western Reserve University and a certificate in Positive Psychology from the Whole Being Institute.
I live in Cleveland, Ohio, with my husband, two children and rescued cattle dog who fill up my heart and keep me on my toes. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing with my kids, volunteering, in a fitness class, immersed in a baking project, walking with a friend, nose in a novel, or planning our next family adventure.
