As a seasoned executive and leadership coach, I specialize in coaching emerging leaders and professionals seeking career growth and transitions. My name is Adeline and I am an ICF-certified coach dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. With 15+ years of experience in coaching and 20+ years in leadership training and development, I have honed my skills and techniques to help clients overcome challenges, maximize their strengths, and achieve their goals. As a human resources professional for over 25 years, having worked in start-ups and international companies, I have coached hundreds of people worldwide since the start of my career. 

In doing so, I've come to understand that every professional is influenced by his or her thoughts, beliefs, experiences, worldviews, and values. These will define how they work, interact with others, and perceive a situation. I became aware that, despite differences in context, various patterns could occur at work and in personal life for every individual. So, I decided to seek out new neuroscience and positive psychology tools to offer comprehensive coaching that will help you achieve your professional goals while respecting the person you are.
