An Agile and Executive Coach, Stefania gained extensive experience in UK and US multinational companies working in the Project Management Office as an Agile Coach and People Manager, and in the Strategy & Planning team as an Agile Transformation Coach. Stefania became an Executive Coach in 2021 and since then, she has been involved not only in growing her team and making the business more effective, but also supporting clients in their change.
