Tagum, Davao Region, Philippines Career, Wellness, Mental Health My passion lies in guiding others, and my journey to become a lifelong resource has taken me through diverse and enriching experiences. As a Registered Guidance Counselor, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals in both academic and personal settings, helping them navigate challenges and reach their full potential.
My expertise extends beyond traditional guidance. I've also served as a counselor in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), focusing on wellbeing and mental health within the workforce.
Fueling my passion further is a strong academic foundation in guidance theory and practice. I've had the rewarding experience of being a professor, and I also served as the director of a Guidance and Testing Center. This dedication to the field continues as I pursue my Doctorate in Guidance and Counseling, constantly expanding my knowledge base to serve others more effectively.
My path wasn't always linear. In fact, my studies began at Christ the King Mission Seminary, where I obtained a degree in Philosophy. This, coupled with my time as a former Seminarian with the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, instilled in me a deep understanding of ethical decision-making, personal growth, and navigating life's complexities.
This unique blend of experience allows me to offer insightful and impactful presentations on a wide range of guidance and counseling topics. I believe my background allows me to connect with audiences on a deeper level, providing them with practical tools and a fresh perspective.
