I have worked as a Fire Officer in Argentina, a member of the Red Cross in Colombia and an organizational consultant in Europe and LATAM working in relevant multinational companies, educational establishments and NGOs in different sectors and countries.

My approach is based on establishing and cultivating relationships of trust. I recognize the importance of adapting strategies to specific circumstances to obtain sustainable results by promoting ethical change and carrying out cultural transformation processes with Coaching, Mentoring and NLP programs.
