I think that leadership development is evolving, and a newer, more empowering style is emerging. I believe that improving our self-awareness, leveraging our personal attributes and skills, and taking a human-first, a more conscious approach to leadership, is key to creating leaders of high-performing teams, and I channel this through my coaching.
I have experience coaching leaders right from emerging leaders up to c-suite executives, across various sectors including healthcare, engineering, finance, law, accountancy, education, professional sports and more. Clients have described my coaching style as empowering, insightful, grounded, spacious, kind, focused, authentic, and supportive. These qualities are at the core of my coaching philosophy.
I also have a PhD in biomedical science and over fourteen years of leadership experience in healthcare communications, leading and coaching teams, and providing scientific, commercial and strategic support to clients (pharma, biotech and health charities). I am also an experienced facilitator, working with in-person and virtual participants from across the globe.
My aim is to make a difference and create positive change, whether that is through my work in consultancy or through coaching and training.
