I work with leaders and teams across industries to build their best future, create real impact and find more meaning and purpose at work. With deep experience in executive coaching, organizational development, leadership development, strategy and planning, I serve as a creative thought partner, teacher, coach and consultant. At a time when change is constant, I help equip leaders and teams to thrive in uncertainty tapping into their uniquely human gifts to grow into the future they most want to see possible. 

My coaching approach is experienced as thoughtful, warm and supportive, gently challenging and perspective-opening, always focused on making progress toward your goals. Our sessions are a safe space to reflect, make sense out of complex challenges and questions, learn, test out ideas, think together, tap into strengths and inner resources, and get clear on progress and action forward. 

Over the last twenty years I have built a strong, evidence-based practice as a coach and consultant, while co-founding both a non-profit and for-profit start-up. Prior to that I developed cross-cultural learning experiences and exchanges for international professionals and practiced clinical social work. My work is supported by graduate degrees in social work and positive organization development from Case Western Reserve University and a certificate in Positive Psychology from the Whole Being Institute. 

I live in Cleveland, Ohio, with my husband, two children and rescued cattle dog who fill up my heart and keep me on my toes. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing with my kids, volunteering, in a fitness class, immersed in a baking project, walking with a friend, nose in a novel, or planning our next family adventure.

I have been coaching clients for over 17 years, specializing in leadership development, change management, and executive presence. With several years of experience in the finance industry, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders, including C-Suite executives and VPs, on strategic planning, team motivation, and succession planning.

My expertise spans talent management, organizational development, and performance management. I hold an Executive Coach Certification from the Center of Executive Coaching, an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University, and an Executive Management Certificate from Case Western University, along with my Organizational Coaching Certification. I earned my BA from Miami University of Ohio and my MFA from Roosevelt University.
