My coaching supports the development of your leadership. Questions that are often dealt with during leadership coaching are:
how do I get a better balance in my life, how can I counteract conflicts in my team, how do I elevate myself and my management team strategically, how can I contribute to the achievement of our goals in the organization.
Leadership is first and foremost about being able to lead yourself. In order to lead yourself, you must know yourself. It is auspicious to examine your will and drive. It is beneficial to understand your own communication style and how it is received by others. It is good to examine how you want to be as a leader.

We identify your strengths and challenges and draw up an action plan to help you develop your leadership.

Our goal will be to develop a leadership that makes you, your company and its business feel good, achieve set goals and create better results.

Mariya Arshaluysyan is a certified business coach consultant and a leadership coach for female managers. Mariya's professional journey in leadership started over 15 years ago when she decided to pursue a PhD. When Mariya was appointed to her first managerial role as a Head of a Training and Consulting Center while a University lecturer she realized that leadership is a transformation process that cannot happen in a classroom. Mariya has been on a quest to learn authentic leadership transformation tools over the past years. Her mission: to help female managers become confident and fulfilled leaders.

Nothing intrinsically motivates me as the concept of people helping people – and this crucial field has
proven to be the ultimate success-factor in terms of establishing strong, overachieving, and diverse units working towards clear goals, adhering to the same values aligned by a shared vision.
 
My main aim is always to lead others with great dedication to enable process optimisation, and to build stronger ownership by e.g creating synergies, setting clear targets, and continuously improving each area in a way that benefits internal, as well as external stakeholders.
 
To translate and simplify relevant data into concrete action to ensure all targets are met, on individual as well as program/system level is my melody.
 
As a person, I am a solution orientated team-player with lots of energy and a never-ending passion for improvements! 

One of my strongest features is situationally adjusted leadership and adaptability to raise performance and motivation amongst a broad range of individuals, always with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
 
So far, I have not yet encountered a problem that cannot be solved by good collaboration, correctly applied metrics, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Together, we can always perform just a little better today than we did yesterday!
