I bring 19 years of experience working in big multi-nationals, specializing in leadership 
development on a global level, talent management and executive development. Since 2018, I 
co-run a small business with a big impact, focused on ROI team development. Originally from 
Russia, I have worked out of Canada, Germany and Switzerland serving internal clients and 
external partners globally from over 100 nationalities. I hold a master’s degree in education and 
linguistics, and am an accredited mediator, coach, and project manager, as well as a 
practitioner of various psychometric and behavioral tools.
